The Paper wildlife Conservancy Project seeks to examine and highlight the ways urban wildlife and public art positively shape Saskatoon’s community identity. During the Summer of 2016 over 150 hand drawn and hand printed animals will be released onto predetermined “habitats” located throughout five key business districts in Saskatoon. These animals were bred by and will be monitored by the PWC's chief conservation officer, Cate Francis. We are currently in the process of releasing the population throughout the city. A map will become available once this is complete. Until then, citizens of Saskatoon are encouraged to share their sightings via social media on twitter and instagram using the hashtag #paperwildlife
